These took place as part of the County Championships at Carn Brea on Saturday 13th May.
A lovely sunny day produced some good results. In the junior girls pentathlon the results were 1st Lara Harrold (Penair) 2141pts, 2nd Kate Boulton (Penryn) 1671pts, 3rd Libby Straight (Brannel) 1556 pts and 4th Isla Jelbert (Penryn) 1524 pts. There were four competitors. In the junior boys pentathlon 1st Alfie Jones (Penair) 2187 pts, 2nd Alex Symonds-Hill (Penryn) 1934 pts, 3rd Piran Ellis (Camborne S.I.A.) 1715 pts. There were seven competitors. The Inter girls were trials of five events of their heptathlon, 1st Cara Ellis (Falmouth) 2276 pts 2nd Daisy Leigh (Truro) 1859pts.
